I was on Life Hack today and stumbled upon a great post about making meals easier. I liked this post because it featured meal ideas from real nutritionists (even one from the Biggest Loser) AND suggested eating pizza and pasta, which is criteria for an A+ in my book.
Just like I mentioned in my breakfast post, this post describes the importance of adding fiber AND protein to your first meal of the day for maximum benefits. It also offers great suggestions for lunch and dinner which require little to no cooking (also A+ criteria).
