I was on Life Hack today and stumbled upon a great post about making meals easier.  I liked this post because it featured meal ideas from real nutritionists (even one from the Biggest Loser) AND suggested eating pizza and pasta, which is criteria for an A+ in my book.

Just like I mentioned in my breakfast post, this post describes the importance of adding fiber AND protein to your first meal of the day for maximum benefits.  It also offers great suggestions for lunch and dinner which require little to no cooking (also A+ criteria).

Vegan Lunch Ideas

I love these recipe ideas found on Eat Drink Better.  Even if you’re not a vegan, consider checking them out anyways.  They’re quick, easy, and great if you’re trying to pack your lunch for the busy work week ahead.  Remember packing lunch saves you calories AND money.  The Roasted Vegetables with Couscous and Hummus recipe is delicious ;)
